Unfortunately my experience with BMW San Antonio has not been good. In the past, maybe 4-6 years ago, BMW Service used to provide a free report about everything wrong with my BMW with recommendations and pricing for each repair. I haven’t seen that in years but I assumed it was available as a separate paid service, as what we call in the auto industry a full diagnostic, lemon buster report, pre sale inspections etc etc etc I asked the front desk a few weeks ago about availability and pricing of something like that and the... read more
My service advisor was awesome. She kept me informed throughout my visit and advised me through the process
Edit: Zero Stars I left this review when I bought my Mini over a year ago. And I still love this car and I still think the sales team was awesome. But that’s where the good review ends. Months ago my car was damaged, and I took it to them for repair. First it took like two months to get it repaired enough to at least have it to drive, with a couple small parts still not found to finish the repair.
