Channon Mallard and this company is running a big scam. Please be careful they do not reveal the whole deal. They tell the price of the house and then gets the big chunk of EMD. Their contract doesn’t mention any mortgage taking over. In actuality you would be paying someone’s mortgage. Total scam.
So this management owes me over 25K and has been in responsive to any of my calls. As of two months, I have been waiting on a payment from this management company and have been waiting on one response, but have not any response. If I was a client of this management, I would think twice before doing any business with Douglas or Brien as they will be unresponsive for their own benefits.
