They do not let you know when maintenance enters your apartment. They do not respond to calls, or emails in a timely manner. They do not help, or clean they apartments thoroughly before move in. They also attempt to charge you for damages you did not do. They tried to charge me for a carpet cleaning after moveout ( I did not have carpet) and tried to claim "a strong pet odor" and charge me past my deposit for a pet fee. AVOID PRINCIPAL HOMES . Asib took £5 extra every month for 2 years , he took £600 from us and gave contracts for £595, 2 contracts both £595 / For 15 fowlmere road. When he visit tenants without arrangement , very rude , cheeky and disrespectful . Even landlord more worse .
