If I could give a zero, I would. Hands down the shadiest, most unorganized, and unprofessional group of ladies ever. Whoever hires them to manage anything is definitely shooting themselves in the foot with that decision. Chandra is the rudest most vile woman I’ve ever spoken to and Heather is unorganized and shady. They will NEVER respond or follow up with anything and when it came time to return a security deposit they were not available to go through the checklist that they provided upon move out. If there were less than 1 star, that would be my review. This company is unprofessional and tries to manipulate homeowners. They are the Management Company for my HOA and they do not return phone calls and will not allow homeowners to join HOA meetings when they are trying to shove a special assessment down our throats. Heather Thibodaux and Chandra Giambrone are completely unprofessional and do not return phone calls. I am going to petition my neighbors to DUMP Principal Properties for another Management company.
