Horrendous customer service
This company has the worst possible landlords. Very rude, just there “to get the job done” and landlords wonder why some tenants are terrible.
If I could give a zero, I would. Hands down the shadiest, most unorganized, and unprofessional group of ladies ever. Whoever hires them to manage anything is definitely shooting themselves in the foot with that decision. Chandra is the rudest most vile woman I’ve ever spoken to and Heather is unorganized and shady. They will NEVER respond or follow up with anything and when it came time to return a security deposit they were not available to go through the checklist that they provided upon move out.
