HOA are a complete joke and waste of time. Run by volunteers that are governed by a body that doesn't care but to make money and make up asinine rules and "fees" that are frivolous. Go count rocks and make yourself as useful as your fees.
I would give zero or negative if I could. Sends notices with fines and codes , but do not address the issues for years. HOA is the worst. Pay the bills on time and still fees are added. Townsq app is a joke, service requests are closed without response. Wait on call to get connected and after explaining the issue for the nth time , got the answer that specialist will handle and they will call you.
