Per the HOA, we missed one payment monthly of $145 back then in 2019 due to HOA company changes (the old HOA NTX Customer Care is replaced by a new HOA Principal Management Group of North Texas so the system missed one auto charge) we believe we paid as we had also set up the auto monthly payment for HOA to withdraw the HOA fee auto... read more
