Serves the needs and desires of the HOA Board and not responsive to homeowners paying the bill! Prior to having awful customer service at PMG...My experience working with HOA management companies has been that the management company is responsive to homeowners AND HOA Board members. Unfortunately that was not the case while working with Morgan and the various reps our neighborhood was assigned at PMG. Danielle has been a great asset to our community. She works hard for us doesn’t shy away from challenging issues. She’s awesome!
Principal Management/Associa is a breath of fresh air for our community after going through a few other local HOA management companies who made the board feel like the management company themselves. Danielle specifically has been great and our community is a better place because of her. She was able to navigate through some very difficult long-term issues we had been facing with ease, competency, and confidence eventually solving our issues and making our community better as a result.
Our HOA has had a few issues in the past with other management companies and the community managers that worked for them. I have to say that Danie has provided exceptional service and support, and her organizational and communication skills are the best!
