I love Principal health clinic! All of the staff and nurses are so helpful and friendly. Dr. Bien is absolutely fantastic! Very thorough and attentive to all of my health concerns! I highly recommend principal health clinic in Bonney lake!
This place is horrible! The provider is arrogant and doesn’t care, and they charge you no show fee if you cancel within 48 hours (all other places are 24 hours). And they never tried to call for an appointment reminder! Wildly unprofessional!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Honestly, their marketing attracted me cause they advertise as giving personalized care and actually listening, but that was all a lie!! They don’t care to call for appointment reminders and the doctor didn’t even care about what I had to say, just gave me a generic prescription like any other place would. The lady at the front desk also was not welcoming at all.
This is by far the best care I’ve ever gotten from a pcp before. The team is always warm and welcoming from the start. Morgan and Dr bien make sure you get the care you need and make sure all needs are met no matter how far they have to go. I highly recommend this office.
