Have been on short term disability (maternity leave) for 5 weeks. I have been trying to get ahold of them this whole time and haven’t been able to talk to anybody. Anytime someone answers, they hang up on me. They are saying that they’re going to cancel my claim because i’ve made no effort to contact them. I am so so so angry with this company and will never be using this company again.
