I wanna start by saying that princi is so freaking good. All the pastas are amazing and the blood orange marg is one of my favs! I will say that boyfriend and I stopped in a couple nights ago to try and get a drink before our reservation at a different place (I like princi so much that I dragged him to get the blood orange marg) I called ahead to make sure there was a table for us just for drinks, and I let the greeters know we were just gonna have drinks. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing dinner. The service was excellent, and our waiter was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. As someone who loves Italian restaurants, I always order bruschetta when visiting a new place, and their Cherry Tomato Bruschetta was absolutely outstanding—easily a 10/10. Edit - terrible service on patio. Watching another guest now trying to get a water refill on their own. We’ve been without water for 15 minutes. Can’t get anybody to come to tab us out (just went inside to try and tab out after a 20 minute wait). (Old review- Great food - slow service and rarely a host/hostess at the front.) Menu has changed for the worse …Won’t be back.
