They answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. They go out of their way to make me and my pet feel as comfortable as possible. They made my pet feel very comfortable and loved. I believe they are using the most up-to-date methods and are very competent in their care. My only issue is that they don't make appointments and are frequently very busy. My average wait is 1-1/2 hours.
