The arborist Corey is a rock star! I had an issue with my insurance company demanding that I prune a tree near my home. Princeton had just trimmed the tree in the fall to a safe level. I consulted with Corey who advised further pruning would harm the health of the tree, and his consultation was accepted by the insurance company as resolution. Excellent customer service, prompt scheduling and great communication with everyone I dealt with. Thank you for sending your certified Arborist Cory to give us an evaluation of a tree planted too close to the home which turned out to be a non issue. Thank you Cory for explaining everything in detail and putting our concerns to rest.
Start to finish a great experience. Prompt to answer request for estimate. An arborist came out to review and give recommendations for tree trimming. Crew was friendly, gave suggestions during the trimming process, and left the yard immaculate.
The only tree company that I would use or recommend, this company is very professional.
