The staff today (Oct. 3 2015) was extraordinarily kind to me. I brought in an unassembled bike wheel that had been mailed to be a replacement for a defective wheel. The staff simply took the parts put it all together immediately and told me not to worry about paying. I did not purchase the bike from Princeton but I can promise all future bikes and sporting equipment purchases will be made at this store. Thank you very much for the kindness.
Bought a bike yesterday at the Baltimore store, and I can't say enough great things about Steve and Jim who provided outstanding customer service. They helped me select the right bike and choose the accessories I need to be safe. It was so easy! They installed all the accessories right on the bike before I left the store. They also installed the carrier on the trunk of my car and showed me how to load my bike. Best customer service ever! I am a newbie to the bike world, so going in blind buying a new bike is intimidating. Steven and Steve put me at ease immediately. They took the time to explain many things to me and I didn't feel taken advantage of. They didn't try to up sell me. They truly wanted to get the right bike FOR ME and didn't try to get me to buy every single bell and whistle to go with my new bike. They have found a loyal customer in me for sure!!!
having visited other bike shops in the area and having been disappointed with the customer service, I was curious about Princeton Sports. My wife and I were over whelmed by how helpful and friendly the staff was. will def. come back again and have told multiple people at my work how great the shop is.t
Took my bike to Princeton for a tune up, new chain and new pedals. Was told they would need four days to complete, which I thought was awesome (but was still a little nervous because I'm training and didn't want to miss any rides - my own fault for not taking it sooner!). To my utter delight I got it a day early and was able to make it to an extra group ride! It feels like a brand new bike with their help - these guys are truly amazing!
