went in today thinking I needed new snowboarding boots. after talking to Evan he said we might be able to mold the ones I have so they fit better before buying new ones. he helped with that and gave me another thing to try all for free, this way hopefully these boots work for me and I dont have to get new ones. but if they do end up not working I will go back to prinston to get new boots because I recieved excellent service!
Excellent customer service
Conner and Van spent 2 hours last week helping me get fitted with great ski boots. I needed several adjustments to the footbed and liner, and they did an amazing job. I can't wait to try them out soon. Thanks to both of you!
