I am so glad to have waited for this laptop repair shop to open up nearby! They were very transparent with the entire process, allowed us to check the computer status as it was being repaired, and had an overall smooth process from drop-off to pickup.
The good people here are prompt, courteous and very professional! Theo was forward and clear about a $90 service fee, explained warranty coverage and even offered me a water! Scan the QR code on entry to the lobby and then prepare for your worries to be resolved!
