I have lived at this location for almost 7 years and have seen it managed by several different property managers. The current property management company over Haven Park Apartments is Princeton Property Management. The also manage The Jax, The Ava and several other locations between Portland and Washington. They had a random division in bend oregon for a bit, they managed two properties on bends west side called river west and Aspen courts. Not only did the tenants they rent to cause a huge amount of problems but so did Princeton property management. They managed the property through the end of the pandemic and they did random inspections of multiple units each day including checking peoples fridge and cabinets resulting in wide spread contamination of multiple units.
