These UDC properties are some of the best people and places that I've worked for. I take a lot of pride in my work and they obviously take a lot of pride in their in their apartments and their townhouses
Had the displeasure of living here recently. The only thing worse than the second-rate, unkept apartments here is the property manager. Prepare for constant pestering and threats of fines over everything you do. If you live here for less than three years, put aside $400 for new paint, even if the apartment is in better shape than you got it. “It’s just policy”. The professional incompetence displayed here by management was laughable at times. Would recommend anywhere else to live.
This place was good when the D&K management were managing but the new property owner is so greedy for money till he took me to court for 233.68 and I won my case
