We dealt with many issues with this complex. A large number of ants hills everywhere & never corrected; the tennis courts were disgusting with glass & mold. The playground was horrific the entire time we were there. Ant hills throughout the play area. Spider webs covering the equipment. They told us they were redoing the playground. That took over 7 months and by the time it was redone, we moved out. The tenants above us smoked and were loud at all times of the day.
