We dealt with many issues with this complex. A large number of ants hills everywhere & never corrected; the tennis courts were disgusting with glass & mold. The playground was horrific the entire time we were there. Ant hills throughout the play area. Spider webs covering the equipment. They told us they were redoing the playground. That took over 7 months and by the time it was redone, we moved out. The tenants above us smoked and were loud at all times of the day. The dog park was not maintained, and poop was never picked ... read more
"Say goodbye forever to your 400$ deposit. They will try every possible way to take it!" I didn't know how greedy a company can be until the day we moved out. We cleaned/vacuumed the carpet entirely, repainted the wall in main bedroom, tried to get the whole space as clean as possible right before we moved out and my husband even told them, "Please tell us if you want us to clean more, we will come back ...
