An updated apartment cost 2-4 hundred dollars more than an out of date one. Theres not much of a diversity. The majority of people are unfriendly Indians that likes to group around in the common area or outside- they stare dead at you if you happen to walk by. The ceilings, walls, and main door are paper thin. I have a family above me that lets their kids run around at 10 pm. I can hear word by word conversations of people in the hallway. The staff is rude and unfriendly....especially when it comes to maintainanace issues, emergencies etc. Shrewsbury commons, Platation Ridge and Plantation Towers are much better options.
The management company doesnt let go of security deposits. They will keep your money.
a friend of mine got an apartment through princeton properties and had nothing but great things to say about the experience. she loves her place and recommends princeton.
