Manger on company is very unprofessional I wouldn’t do it hope people read reviews before going to see the apartments, he comes for rent doesn’t update just replace I did get to meet the two maintenance man great guys that’s the only thing going for this company. I hope I can add pictures and recordings about manger I can save them for court.

Used to be nice. But seems ghetto people are gradually moving in. Smoking all sort of stuff without respecting others. and yet the management tells u not to do this before you move in but u find out its going on already. not good when u have kids and weed smells allover the place. or visitors coming to see u

Very spacious apartment. It was nice at first initial move-in but once was settled in things started to happen. The fire alarm constantly went off at all hours of the night and day, floods were always happening whenever someone used the washing machine which left the halls smelling like mildew. One of the doors to the main apartment would occasionally be open if it doesn’t catch the latch to lock therefore making it possible for people to enter without a key. All i can say is the owner does not care about nothing but money they go up on the rent every year but dont upgrade or do anything the apartments need tp be upgrated then they charge 75 dollars for a late fee there very disloyal people the carpet in the hallways look like its from 1980 and so are the apartments these people go up on rent every year and dont do anything they barely keep the walk ways and parking lot plowed in the winter please what ever you do dont move there there terrible to there folks!!!!
