I had the worse experience with Princeton Nassau Pediatric business Office. They do not pick the call and do not call back upon voice mail. I have left with them 30 messages over a course of 6 months and not one call back. They said they haven't received the payment of my kids doctors bill and my FSA card says that the payment was done Aug of year 2023. They refuse to resolve it inspite of giving them details of the payment through FSA. Account # 64316.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST PEDIATRIC GROUP! We bring our son to Princeton Nassau Pediatrics and couldn't be happier. They are always quick to get us in when there is a concern and always respond promptly whether via phone or portal. I trust every doctor I have seen but especially LOVE Dr. Bunn. Having a doctor you can trust for your child is a must and we wouldn't chose to bring our child anywhere else.
In this practice, money is more important than your child-stay away!! Had a baby in April and because of this office, nothing has been more stressful. Newborn insurance can be complicated since they have to be seen several times before they have an insurance ID, SSN, etc. long story short, my insurance was having issues adding my newborn and I only discovered this via a text in the portal threatening collections if her past visits were not paid as a full out of pocket cash patient (no insurance).
