I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience at this hospital was unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, they are slow to respond, do not want to diacharge patients to make more money, very slow to do any tests and even billed me twice for out of pocket co-pay of $250 and refusing to refund. The facility itself seemed disorganized, and no one seemed to be in charge or accountable for the patient experience. I would not recommend this hospital unless it’s the absolute last resort. Patients deserve far better.
The Labor and Delivery Unit was amazing. Every nurse and doctor we encountered was attentive, thorough, and compassionate. Labor and recovery were both organized and reassuring. The meals were good and the ice cream cart was a hit. I never once felt invalidated or uneasy with the hands my care was in. Thank you for a nurturing and successful delivery of our baby girl!
Unfortunately, I had to have a second surgery in four months. What made made it easy, was the staff a Princeton Medical. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant. Some were more humorous, keeping a smile on my face. I wish I could name everyone. My favorite nurse Katie on the 2nd floor. You were the best. Kept me laughing the whole time. Thank you everyone for making my stay so easy. #thelittlemermaid iykyk!
All the nurses, doctors and people up front desk in the ER including security guards were very caring I’m new to New Jersey and I’m so glad someone recommended this hospital
