My son had tubes put in last year.. we were in there for a follow up for an ear infection. They dr told us to use alcohol to dry out his ears. We followed dr orders, and put a drop in my sons ear and he screamed and cried.. my husband did research, and you arent supposed to put alcohol in the ears with tubes! We are now with a new pediatric office... don't take your little ones here!

Very professional, friendly and attentive to our needs..
I love how the staff is , they are very professional, they are always able to see my sick children right away which saves me visits to the ER..the doctors take their time with each patient instead of rushing ! I'm very pleased with all!
