Great price! and nice apartments! Quiet neighborhood too. We love it here, other than the fact maintenance is worthless. Could call them every day for a week, and still never see them.
After living at this complex for a year now getting ready for what may be a second year, I SHARE TO YOU, DON T SIGN A LEASE. I simply want to move to a downstairs apartment but am being prevented from doing so by MANAGEMENT. I have caused this mgmt NO problems. do not move here!!it is a horrible place to live.. U hear everything your neighbors do and the office does nothing to stop it..... I have not slept through the night in 3 years!!!!! I hate living here!! They have security cameras that don t work.. Cars are broken into, apartments are broken into and nothing is ever done about it!
I am on my 2nd 12 month lease with Teal Run and I have to say I have had no trouble with anyone. Any issues Ive had have been taken care of promptly and the office staff have always been professional when Ive talked to them. My apartment is backed to a wooded area so Im not looking at someone elses place or the parking lot when sitting on my deck. I was given building options to choose from. I wish that I had not moved out. It is a nice place to live, but the ad is wrong. They got rid of the free cable just before I moved out.
Absolutely not impressed with Teal Run. I moved in 3 months ago. The office staff Melissa and Kelly are very rude and are not helpful, will not help fix any problems I have experienced while living in the community. There is not enough parking and I have asked that a truck that has never moved in the 3 months I have lived there to be moved and they refuse. The maintenance man Jeff, is rude to the tenants as well. I would not recommend anyone to move into this community.
I am in the process of getting an apartment at Teal Run. If I had time to continue my apartment search I would not be moving to Teal Run. The office staff are VERY rude and talk to you like your stupid. When I called to give the correct address of my work place I was told not to tell the staff how to do their job. I would not recommend Teal Run to anyone.
