Wow. Really good PHP/IOP program. I switched to this one after starting somewhere else that was depressing lol. This place is a lot bigger and more lively. The therapists were great and it was the first time I've ever gotten to do music therapy, art therapy, and yoga! I really enjoyed myself and the other people working through the program were all very nice and friendly. Even made a new friend! I left feeling like I learned a lot of new skills. Princeton House went above and beyond to provide therapeutic groups where we were taught dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and art therapy. The facility was clean, the atmosphere was safe and calm, and even the lunches were good What made my experience here different than rehab is that all who attended did so out of their own desire to get help. Violated my HIPPA by telling my mother everything I was talking about. When reported to them they sent me to a voicemail that literally says in the first 30 seconds. " I am not going to respond to you." I can not get productive therapy here because they just tell whatever you say to whoever they want. I Finally received a phone call from the office manager who was very accusatory and attempted to try to make it my fault that they violated HIPPA some how.
