After a phone screening, my young adult daughter was admitted for psychiatric care. She was told a bed was available in a young adult wing (a key factor in her decision), but when she arrived was placed in a different wing where most patients were older with substance abuse issues. Before even seeing a doctor she realized she didn’t belong there. The inpatient was basically very good psychiatric treatment, although had to adjust meds for normalcy, and readmitted to hospital for reaction. The group with psych and clinician was so very stressful with Bluejeans. NOT very easily done. Should have been a private session!! HOPEFULLY will find a good psych doctor and help.
