My first apartment when I moved to Johnson City, I was interested in another property and expressed some concerns about accessibility and having a small child Kristen suggested another property which happened to be at Princeton Greens. I stayed here for years and never had any major issues, maintenance responded to service requests, my neighbors were always kind and friendly. Previous tenant, first of all, don't trust Kristen Peterson's review, since she is the site manager for this property there is clear conflict of interests, imagine reviewing your own property and giving it 5 stars to try to dupe people into thinking its better than it is. They have also marked every negative review as spam, so that google delists them so they look better, they are very shady, again, trying to dupe people into thinking the property is perfect. Princeton Greens apartements are beautiful, with all the new upgrades it makes it a really nice place to live!! Love the area, it is right in the middle of town and I can get to anywhere in minutes.

Nicely renovated property which is small enough you can get to know your neighbors. The high-speed WIFI is an awesome convenience and money saver.
