PFO is the only oil service company i use since moving to NJ 1982, never had a problem but i do call for my own oil deliveries. installed a new furnace, new a/c and very happy with their tech who services my equipment.
Casey Gainey came out and found the problem with my A/C unit. He ordered the part and had Merrick come out the next day and do the difficult replacement. In three hours the A/C was working like new and at a fraction of the cost that the contractor who did the installation and maintenance for thirteen years wanted to charge. They are a top service company in my estimation, and I say that as a Director of Facilities Management for over 35 years.
Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating company. Worked their delivery schedule around a time that worked for me. As a first time customer I needed to be home the first time so they could inspect my tank. The deliveryman was friendly and timely. Will use them from now on.
Horrible! I am on an automatic delivery and they have left me with no oil. This happens way to often! We have been with Belasco for 25+ years totally unacceptable and now the heater will not go on! I am beyond furious!
