This is the best gym ever!
My son is on the swim team, the coaches are great , very family oriented . We all love the aquatic department . Clean and nice employees
This gym is absolutely incredible. The general manager is awesome and always willing to help with any questions. The trainers are attentive and really work with you one on one. The overall atmosphere is enjoyable, the machines and rooms are clean and it doesn’t smell like a typical gym, which is nice! The pool is awesome and the additional amenities in the locker rooms and around the gym are exceptional. Totally recommend!!
I have since been contacted by the swim manager and he was extremely helpful. My daughter started her lessons again and we are very happy. I find their swim coordinator to be completely incompetent. I signed up my daughters, but it took forever for me to find someone who could help me and schedule classes. This is after I had made all the payments. Key differentiators from other gyms include the close proximity to hospitals (and the involvement with outpatient care and physical therapy that comes with that) and the emphasis on periodic assessments as part of membership. Like any popular chain it can get crowded- but facilities and equipment are clean and well maintained.
