Office personnel is just disrespectful and rud
Worst electric company I’ve ever been with, and I’ve been with several. Extremely rude, always smug looks on their faces. Treat you like you’re less than. Not to mention the price gouging… I live in a 3 bedroom trailer and my bill is $600 every winter. Good luck to anyone who uses them.

They are very rude and they act like they are better then u and they price gouge... They don't care if 20 below zero they will turn ur power off if u don't pay every penny of ur elec bill.. and the deposits are crazy, mine was 1400.00 just to get. Power on in my new home 1400.00 just for a deposit!
Pick up here 7/23/22 people seem nice got a door quick to be loaded I had load locks in back of trailer . When you get a door they open door from inside and put seal on so I couldn’t check see if they were in back of trailer . I made it to delivery next day in NC no load locks $140.00 gone smh if you using load locks put them under trailer b4 you back to assign door cause they will take them🥵🥵🥵
