I tried to apply for an apartment here about a year ago. The guy I talked to was racist by asking me if I had a green card. I guess he thought I was an immigrant for some reason despite speaking perfect English with a Jersey accent. He then was classist and judgy for me having rental assistance and told me the apartments there are too expensive for me (they weren't. Which is why I went to apply.) Loved this place. Lived here 4 years & never experienced any issues.
It could be a decent place, management is definitely an issue. The type of people who have people use leaf blowers year round because they have no other way to utilize a crew of workers. Its nice to have to pay alot for rent just to hear and smell that 3-4 days a week. They just want to force out regular tenants in favor for their Section 8 housing. Why keep long term tenants when you can milk the Government. More section 8 equals higher allowable rent increase for them yearly. There is a reason why all these reviews are old... read more
