We know COVID-19 was something no one could have predicted, and we happily (and quietly) continued our membership with the Princeton Club during quarantine when it had shut down. I was happy to see it was continuing to pay full-time staff during this period. My daughter joined the club about 6 weeks ago. She is a professional swimmer training for the Olympics next summer. She has been using the pool at the club on days that she can't train at her outdoor pool due to bad weather. They have a 30 minute limit for the pool. She called the vice president, Peter, for an exception to be able to swim for 90 minutes for the next 2 weeks, when UW pool opens, and was denied. I’m very disappointed to read this am, for the first time, that there were emails sent out during the shutdown for an account freeze option. I see that I am not the only one that did not receive this. I have been trying for a year now to cancel my membership due to a disability. They will not accept the letter from my doctor nor would they freeze the account until she would allow me to exercise again, which is still looking like a year or more. I think reviews are biased so I'm going to be as objective as possible. Over the past couple years, my experience at the Princeton Club has been overwhelmingly positive. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has more machines and options than I could ever dream of using. I particularly like the swimming pool. They are charging members during the pandemic and are not even open. This is ridiculous! Many people have no/limited income right now and they are still going to charge their members without even providing a service for them at this time. STEER CLEAR!

Princeton Club took my money during the coronavirus lockdown, and they are not even open thru all this. Am I supposed to virtually use your weights? Disgusting greed. Taking advantage of people during this is messed up.
