Honestly was so disappointed by my experience here given the reviews. My hair stylist was “new talent” which according to the person I spoke to while making the appointment means that she had a few years of experience. That worked for me since I do a pretty simple cut. She was really rough while handling my head and especially while blow drying. I probably should’ve told her to lighten up but didn’t want to make things awkward.
