I have been seeing Dr. Cauchino for over 8 years. She is the best and this story proves it. Having asthma I’ve been lucky and only a handful of attacks over the last decade. I had an appointment for my son where I sat for 10mins in a room to wait for the doctor. A month later I made an appointment for myself and 5mins before arriving to the office there was a detour which wouldve put an additional 10mins on the drive. I called the office to advise, I was on hold for 3mins which then wouldve made me arrive 6mins late. i was advised after driving for 30mins the doctor would have to reschedule. so its Ok to keep someone waiting in a room for 10mins but being 6mins late isnt acceptable. Dr.Skolnick is an excellent doctor. She is compassionate, patient and beyond knowledgeable in the area of food allergies. Her clinical research is on the cutting edge of food allergy treatments. Her office staff and nurses are the best.
