I am so impressed with Mahara, she is so experienced and knows her stuff. During the first meeting, she explained everything she was seeing., how it works and why she thought it required work done or didn't require work done. From that one meeting, I now understand so much about plumbing! She is very detail oriented and thorough. She makes sure that the work she does is secure and will last into the future. Highly recommend.
Mahara is the only plumber I use now. It's taken me a long time to leave this review; however, she is the plumber who's card I give to my tenants when they move into my suite. She goes out of her way to help, even if it's not her job. For instance, in January the dishwasher flooded and leaked all over the kitchen in the suite, and she was more than happy and patient to take mine, and my tenant's call, and to walk the tenant through shutting off water (more than one water shut off valve) to the kitchen.
