Called and made a same day appointment for 2 spa pedicures (myself and my husband). Was told there wouldn’t be a wait. Got there and had to wait 15 minutes, my husband longer. We both got the $35 spa pedicures. It was rushed. This place is a factory. I still tipped my girl $20. 4 of my toes chipped within a week, without me going to the beach or doing anything rough with my feet. We won’t be back!
If I could give 10 stars I would. They always do an amazing job! Yes it may be busy, but they always fit me right in. Definitely worth it!
I normally go there to get tips done, and mary always does my nails. but this time I asked for a fill in with designs, they had to refile down my nails and all the other stuff then a lady named coco came to do the gel, but before she had a big block that felt like a rough filer and she literally filed down the inside of my nails from the back (basically my finger?) it hurt soooo badly I couldn’t even feel my fingers because of the pain, she then did the base of my nails and a kind women named Vicky came and did my designs. The spa pedicure was mediocre. We paid $8 extra for the callus removal and it was terrible. Our heels are so rough after getting it done. They ran out of hot towels and used paper towels instead. The manicure didn’t have water or anything to soak our nails and they didn’t use any oil before cutting our cuticles. Our nails started chipping a couple of hours after leaving. Will not be returning here.
Unfortunately I need to change my review. This place has gone way downhill in the 10+ years I’ve been coming here. Not only are they so busy that they hold you hostage by starting / stopping (it took 2.5 hours), but also they rush - they do not sanitize or sterilize tools, and they cut my toe and it is infected. They didn’t even wipe down the tables between customers so there was someone else’s nails and cuticles under my hands while getting a manicure.
