Used to be a loyal customer of Emma's, but I will not be back after the way I was treated yesterday. I am appalled! When I got there and signed in I noticed I had a "reward" and told her as soon as I sat down in her chair that I wanted to use that reward. I told her again when I was paying that I wanted to use that reward. She told me it was there, it was not, she argued with me that it was so I paid. Poor attention to detail by nail technician, due to excessive talking to co-worker, while working on my nails. Result mismatched floral design on my hands. Both hands should have been all white.
I have been going to Princess Nails for the last 3 years for various services. Randy, the owner is a super nice man and has always taken excellent care of me in his salon. The salon itself is really pretty so the whole pampering experience is perfect!
The salon is beautiful, they don't have lining in the tubs, I was charged $40 for the tech to clip and file my toes, he put a hot towel on and then done. No lotion, no polish, I asked for clear polish and I guess that means none to him. I left the salon dry, dull, feet. I didn't argue, I just paid and still tipped but I will never be back. They also weren't very nice. They weren't rude but you could tell that they'd rather be doing something else. Even the simple customers deserve great service.
