To Ms Cheri Martin, I was the nail tech guy that talked to you that day. I was not being rude to you or my co-worker ever. I was explained to you that it would be $20 extra for the gels on the toes. I notified you the fill acrylic with the gel polish nails is always $45, not just $20. Please do not spread the false news and ruining our reputation.

Went to get a pedicure and fill in on overlay nails with gel color. The woman doing it was sweet. All the sudden a man came and said you know he’ll polish is $20 for toes and nails? I said both is $20 as an add on? Yes, they wanted to charge me an extra $40 for gel polish. Where I’m from and used to it is usually $5-$10 add on. He was rude not only to me but the woman doing my toes. I politely asked her to finish so I could leave. No polish. I paid $58 for a $45 service and removing the gel polish on my toes.

Me and my daughter went for pedicures. She had an amazing attendant. I on the other had got someone that must have been pressed for time something. We were helped by the same guy so I was soaking waiting on my turn. The lady came near the end of my daughter's pedicure and started me. My daughter was about to get polished when she started me. Why were we done at the same time literally. I got home later only t0 see that after $45 my feet were in the same shape. I have been going to Princess nails for years and am always pleased. Peter treats me well and haven't had any issues. I get lots of compliments and I always let people know where I get them done. Love them.
