Best nail salon in Pasadena
If i could zero stars i would. Mui had attitude since she sat me down. She cut me twice with the drill and looked at me with attitude as if I did something wrong. Then when it was time to pay, she rolled her eyes and accused me of not paying on Venmo, and then walked away with more attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
I used to love Princess Spa and Nails, but I will NOT be a customer there anymore. The owner refuses to issue refunds when the nails lift or chip prematurely, and they are unwilling to accommodate even loyal customers in good faith. A family member and I have contacted the salon three times, both in person and over the phone, to try to work something out, but they refused to budge. They also lied to me about the owner reaching out, saying that he would call me, but he never did. I got acrylic/builder gel nails several times ... read more
