If i could zero stars i would. Mui had attitude since she sat me down. She cut me twice with the drill and looked at me with attitude as if I did something wrong. Then when it was time to pay, she rolled her eyes and accused me of not paying on Venmo, and then walked away with more attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I used to love Princess Spa and Nails, but I will NOT be a customer there anymore. The owner refuses to issue refunds when the nails lift or chip prematurely, and they are unwilling to accommodate even loyal customers in good faith. A family member and I have contacted the salon three times, both in person and over the phone, to try to work something out, but they refused to budge. I previously frequented this salon for their extensive gel polish offerings and friendly-enough service but I revisited after a year and was unpleased w the experience. After I was sat down to remove my gel extensions, I waited over an hour to actually get started and the service wasn’t the friendliest considering. They also absolutely raised their prices, which I understand a lot of places must do to keep up with inflation, but I used to appreciate the lowish costs of their services, which are now as high as its competition... read more
