Called ahead to get pricing on a specific service, they told me $25, when I arrived the price was then $40. The fact that they were not willing to make right by it and said I could go see Walmarts price, really?!? Not sure how you may do business where you come from but you just lost a potential customer that brings a lot of business where she goes. I will never be returning here.
Today I had a great pedicure. The lovely women took her time and really made me feel special.
My mother just left there after having to wait for almost an hour. Peter gave her an attitude immediately just for asking about how much longer, he told her if she didnt want to wait, she should go somewhere else. my mother told him God dont like ugly, and another customer verbally agreed. On top of waiting 45min, other people came in after her but were serviced before her. Don't come to this hoe ass place. The mf that did my nails asked for a tip which is really not professional!!! When he realized I wasn't giving him a tip. He tried to say my card didn't work. So guess who had to go to the ATM to pull out money that I KNEW was there. Fuck this bullshitting ass place. They have you wait forever and a day anyways ! On top of that I came here before and the same guy that did my nails even asked for a tip then. That time I gave him one with the SAME card ! Funny how it "didn't work" all of a sudd... read more
