This is honestly like the more developed version of Prince Court there's a patio in the back plus some picnic benches perfect for picnics and discussions there's also a gym and there's tons of community events and everybody's friends with each other it's a very welcoming community but the only thing you should really watch out for is the gossipers there's sometimes people who gossip but other than that it's nice
Having recently moved to this apartment complex, I have been extremely satisfied with the friendly Staff, the social activities that involve the tenants regularly and the cleanliness & regular upkeep of the public areas in the building. The landscaping maintenance is top notch with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. One of the best apartment properties in Welland, close to shopping malls and restaurants.

I inquired about renting and I was supposed to get a tour of the facility, had agreed upon a date and time - woman I had been talking to about the tour never showed ! I emailed her and never heard a response back. Communication at the beginning was prompt and friendly, however they never followed through on their part.
We've lived here since last fall and love it! I feel safe here. The tenants are lovely and the staff are great. It's always clean and bright, very well taken care of. Also love that they have special events throughout the year and the lobbies are decorated so nicely for different holidays. The grounds are also very nicely kept.
