I moved here before Xmas '25 and can tell you the staff is always there to greet you and assist you. The gardens are beautiful, building is always clean, I feel very safe being alone, enjoy the gym and outside patio. Wish they could put springs on the garbage shut as my unit is beside it, as well as the big recycling door below. Can be loud and wake me up often early a.m. If recycling can be done 830 am instead of 7am, would be better. Others have moved from this unit due to noise I was told. Very clean and a great place to live.
I've lived here for the past 1.5 years ands been nothing but a headache, horrible place to rent. Overpriced. Construction constantly in the building and around the area. The building itself is made completely of concrete, so you hear every single large bang on the floor in any room throughout the building no matter where you are. They charge you for every little thing possible, the elevator is old and slow as heck.
