After reading all the good reviews, we hired them for move-in cleaning. But our experience was horrible with them. The house is pretty clean and empty without furniture except dusty due to sanding of the hardwood floor. We communicated to them our need and also offered them cold water in the refrigerator. We left the two staff from Princess Maid Service for several hours to mop and dust the house. When we returned to the house, we found the house was as dusty as before and a winder frame was broken.
