I never in a million years thought l'd have the experience I did at this location, I took in three chains to get fixed two were from the clasp and one was the chain itself upon picking them up one of the was so much lighter in weight and l asked the guy if there was possibly a mixup with my chain because that one wasn't mine he said no that couldn't have happened I said it doesn't feel the same as mine did, mine was slightly heavier in weight and the links weren't so spread apart he claimed that it was because they polished ... read more
Loved how quick they fixed my necklace! The chain had ripped off the pendant and I was scared it would be impossible/expensive to fix. I left it on Saturday and was ready by Tuesday! They only charged me $19 when other jewelry repair shops were quoting me $35+. It seems like they also cleaned it as well which is always appreciated. I’m gonna be sticking with this shop for a long time! :)
