A very unprofessional service. Caregivers did nothing on the care plan. Fed my mother food I would not consider eating, and left her unsupervised eating food for one hour and forty minutes while they were outside the house in a car eating pizza. The owner was notified and did nothing about it and allowed this person to continue working for her. Another caregiver yelled at her in the middle of the night because she was crying out in pain. Beware…you get what you pay for. We hired Princess Homecare LLC (Orange, CT) in April 2021 to care for our mom in her home. We chose Princess for we wanted to be able to keep mom home as long as we financially could. Thank goodness we installed cameras, for it revealed the quality of care. Every other Friday at approximately 5:10 pm we would get text by the owner that she had no coverage for the weekend. The list is too long as to why I do not recommend Princess.
