If I could leave O stars for this stylist I definitely would. She is the epitome of what it means to be uncouth, unprofessional and she lacks the most foundational level of compassion. I double booked on accident and created two appointments for the same child and style. This led to a no call no show for one appointment. I spoke to the stylist and she agreed how confusing it is when you get messages about openings from the waitlist and agreed to take me for the appointment that I intended to keep. I've been here twice with my daughter and both times her hair came out really cute and well-done! The stylists don't have much customer service skills though and I don't recommend this place for tender-heads. For a place that caters to little girls, I would expect the stylists to be more kid-friendly. Recommendation: Interact with the clients to make them feel comfortable, tell them they're doing a great job at sitting still, ask them about their favorite games/colors/school, etc.
I’ve had a very interesting experience with this shop, can’t say it was horrible but not very professional at all. I booked my daughter appointment 2-3 weeks ago, I didn’t add a service and received a call to update the booking. I called back and worked with a representative to make sure the appointment was correct. My 3yr old son got his braids done at the Cumberland location today. It was a great experience! Nadia washed and styled his hair with ease. We were out of the salon in 2 hours flat. The space is beautiful and everything is done with a kids first attitude. He said he can't wait to come back.
The worst experience. My daughter and I are so disappointed and will not be coming back again. I booked an appointment for medium knotless boho braids. $250 for medium knotless and an additional $40 for adding the boho pieces, which was no problem at all. Alicia proceeded to do large knotless braids. I see the bottom few rows and it was ok so I patiently wait and see the final product in which the middle section and top are extremely large.
