Bought a pretty big cross pendant 14 K solid and the bell breaks almost every month so I need to come back and have them fix it and the way they fix it. Just got our full refund back after waiting three months for our sons ring. Simple ring nothing fancy and not a big size finger either. Nice people but can't deliver on what they say. Sad because they my family because they spend lots of money there. Won't be buying anything from them.
