We stopped at Princess Craft RV in Round Rock, Texas, to look at a fifth wheel trailer. We met Sales Associate Joseph Hernandez, who drove us in a golf cart to see the RV. Joseph listened to us, and was knowledgeable and honest in his response to our questions. After seeing the RV we realized it would not suit our full-time lifestyle so we did not purchase it, but we valued the time Joseph spent with us.
I’m really upset and just want to give other people buying a Rv a heads up. I purchased a Lance camper in 2018 from Princess Craft Rv in Round Rock, Texas and Pj talked me into buying a Mastertech extended warranty. This warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s wrote on. I paid $1978.00 for this warranty and it won’t cover a $400 jack because the repair service has to make two trips out.
