I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Extremely poor customer service in all aspects of their establishment including the owners. My wedding gown was not in when they told me it would be. I'd call & speak with all different people never to receive a helpful associate/supervisor as well as received all sorts of responses. The best was speaking with the supervisor who asked me to hold & could hear ordering an egg sandwich, then returned to tell me he had an issue and had to call me back & never returned my call. horrible! Horrible place I wouldn't recommend princess bridal to anyone! There's so many nice bridal salons and this one is NOT one if those. Terrible service the guy that works there is a nasty person get a real job you loser!

Personal service, make you feel like family!! I'm shocked at some of the negative comments I see on this board about Princess Bridal. I can honestly say that I went into their salon in January, my salon attendant was absolutely wonderful. The employees could not have been nicer to my family and I! We worked with Terry. She was patient and honest with me. Even when it came to price she assured me she could stay well beneath my budget and still find me the dress of my dreams, and she certainly did (my budget was $2800.) We pai... read more

Princess Bridals is Recommended Bought my mother-of-the-bride gown here and was very pleased. They matched the price I found the gown elsewhere and the service was excellent. Wish their dressing room area would be larger though. Small place and sometimes feel a bit closed in; but if you can get through that you won't be sorry.

Princess Bridal in Farmingdale The wedding dresses at Princess Bridal are gorgeous. The first one I tried on I fell in love with. They have a huge selection. The women are very friendly there and the owner. They made me feel beautiful. I bought my dress right there on the spot. It was everything I ever dreamed about in a dress.

Best bridal experience hands down!! I decided to try somewhere local for my dress and was reccommended by my friend to make an appt with Princess Bridals for my dress, bridal party dresses and my moms dress. It was great. I was given 100% undivided attention by the amazing sales woman who assisted me. Once I spoke to her letting her know exactly what kind of dress I was looking for and my price budget, she narrowed it down to 3 instantly and I chose one of them. Buyer Beware I have never had an experience as bad as this one. I went there had the girls put the money down on their dresses and everything went down hill from there. They were very rude and unprofessional. There were just so many things that went wrong I cant even get into every details. Just BUYER BEWARE

Worst Store Ever! This is the absolute worst bridal store! After they have your money, the employees are rude and unwilling to help, the store itself is small and dirty, the alterations department is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here.

Small Shop - Great selection My daughter fell in love with the first gown she tried on. The staff was very accomodating and welcomed us from the moment we arrived (and that was without an appointment!) The alterations were beautifully done and her dress looked exquisite.
