Seems like the issue I have a lot of other bad reviewers have had. Went into store - item I wanted was stocked in the back warehouse. They said it would take a few hours to "get it out" and to call ahead and come back next day. Call next day and they basically tell me they can't get it out because the warehouse is "so backed up". No timeline no nothing - essentially refusing to sell me a $400 item. Actually hilarious.
