Arrogant staff. They are totally free but acts busy and not ready to help. How much time it will take to tell item is in which shelf. Totally different experience comapred to Home depot or canadian tire. Never returning again. To the management the tall old gentleman who was in the surplus isle definitely needs behavioral training if you care for your store.
Terrible staff. Rude attitude. Better purchase from somewhere else. There are plenty of options in whitby
Drove all the way out from scarborough, for wrenches that I purchased online, that they said they had in stock only for there, to be a third of the wrenches available!! I didn't waste my time and my gas driving out here for 1 damn wrench!
