Great return policy and understanding employees
Sale items never in stock. Never any associates anywhere. Website stock always wrong. Bewildered shoppers. I have been purchasing from Princess Auto for Business and personal for years. The store is always hard to locate items. If you can actually find an associate to ask for help, they all default to same line " look it up on our website to find the location."
