Horrible customer service received by Sharon. Without going to the warehouse to check, she said the inventory was wrong. Then she said she would not go to the warehouse for a wrench. Perfectly arrogant attitude! Because of Sharon, this store has lost a regular customer, who will now be shopping at the Scarborough location.
Helpful staff directed me to exactly what I was looking for. It was even on sale.
Very handy location. EDIT: they need to train some of their front-end staff in basic common courtesy. Not expected to be treated like this in 2021. Edit: 20 people in line. 2 cashiers......so dumb
Great selection, good pricing, fairly accurate inventory availability information, excellent and friendly customer service. Seriously, what more could you ask for?
