Princess auto Fredericton! 3 of the employees I met are Rude, helpless and unprofessional! At least one of the managers I talked to was helpless and did not know how to handle the situation. Yes, their prices are cheaper but don’t want that with the nasty attitude. Talking with few ppl and they all say the same. I would give less than a star if I was able to. Unpleasant experience, went right to Napa to buy my product. However, Moncton and Saint John location were very amazing ppl and professional.

There's no customer service, you have to find what you need on your own, when you ask for help the answer you get is "did you check the site". Didn't feel going back

need someone working the cash at all times. the service desk is way too slow processing returns and trying to run customers through to make their purchases. definitely a big waste of time.
