Friendly and knowledgeable staff that don't hide when they see you (like some other Canadian store). It's a tinkerer heaven, I always find more than what I was looking for.
Princess auto Fredericton! 3 of the employees I met are Rude, helpless and unprofessional! At least one of the managers I talked to was helpless and did not know how to handle the situation. Yes, their prices are cheaper but don’t want that with the nasty attitude. Talking with few ppl and they all say the same. I would give less than a star if I was able to. Unpleasant experience, went right to Napa to buy my product. However, Moncton and Saint John location were very amazing ppl and professional.
No problem there. Good service. Always ready to help.
