Gerry, Abigail and Trina were amazing! Gerry found us the tools we needed by coming out to our car and making sure they were the right size at a good price. The ladies listened, with sympathy, to our sad story and helped us laugh. They all brightened up a rather miserable day. THANK YOU from some Ontario tourists.
I was in the Fredericton location yesterday to buy a Canadian Flag. There was 3 spots for them. 2 marked 29.99 and one marked 9.99. I picked up one of the 9.99 flag and was charged 29.99 for it. I went back up to the location and there was 2 staff members there that said customers put items back in wrong spot. I challenged them on that. We looked and every single glag in that spot except one was the expensive one. I told them that I wanted it for the advertised price.
